This first is a poster for Cafe Kimball. Cafe Kimball is a little restaurant on-campus. This was created last June (2007). This poster was to advertise a new on-campus restaurant. The original is in 22"x 28" format.
This next poster is the Coming Soon poster for the new Garden View Café. I wanted to do something that was "eye" catching and fun. I hope that it was achieved. Let me know what you think.
This next one is a poster I did for Cafe McKay. This is another eatery on-campus which is located in the University Library. They wanted me to emphasize that students can now eat while studying in the library. I created the complete identity of this restaurant (the logo, colors, menu's, etc...) The original is in 22"x 28" format.
This is the first Dining Dollar poster I made in 2007. This is one of the first full size posters I made for them. They were looking for something risky, catchy, but with in the style guide as well. The photo was taken by me. This received a lot of positive feed back. But due to also receiving some negetive feed back we decided to change our image and that is where I came up with the next poster. The original size is 22"x 28" format.
This next poster was an advertisement for the Dining Dollar Campaign. Dining Dollars are prepaid food dollars placed on a students student identification card (I-Card). They are a great way for a student to get a bigger bang for their buck. If the student buys dining dollars to use at all of the great restaurants on campus then they will receive a 5-20% bonus dollars placed on their I-Card to use toward purchasing more food, or even treating someone else to a great meal. So naturally University Food Services wanted me to create an Identity for Dining Dollars that everyone can have burned into their memory. So each time they see the Dining Dollar symbol they can automatically associate it with Dining Dollars with out having to read the actually letters spelling out "D-I-N-I-N-G D-O-L-L-A-R-S." The original is in 22"x 28" format.
This poster was created for another one of the eateries on-campus. This place is a little bakery which specializes in donuts, smoothies, and bagels. For this poster the client was looking to specifically advertise their donuts. I took the photos as well. The original is in 22"x 28" format.
